Text message terms

These terms cover the ClarityOps Demo Appointment Texts program run by Clarity Operations Systems LLC, which operates under the brand name ClarityOps Systems. Effective October 31, 2026.

Status: text confirmations start after carrier registration is complete. Until then, no texts are sent.

What the program is

ClarityOps Systems runs a demo phone line where an AI receptionist books appointments for "Lakeview Home Services," a fictional business used only for demonstrations. Callers who book a demo appointment may choose to receive a text confirming it. The appointments are not real, and no service visit takes place. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.

How you agree

After your demo appointment is booked, the receptionist asks whether you would like a text confirmation. It explains the terms below and confirms the last four digits of the number you are calling from. We text you only if you clearly say yes. Texts go only to the number you are calling from. Texts are optional, and you do not need them to book. The full script is published on the text opt-in page.

How often

Up to 2 texts per call: one confirmation, and one update if you change the appointment time during the same call. No recurring messages.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. ClarityOps Systems does not charge for these texts.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile number and consent are handled as described in our privacy notice. We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
