Clarity Operations Systems LLC operates under the brand name ClarityOps Systems. This notice explains how ClarityOps Systems handles information submitted through this website, through our demo phone line, and through demo text messages. Effective October 31, 2026.
Website contact form
If you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address, and message. Please do not include confidential, sensitive, or regulated information in the form.
Demo phone line
ClarityOps Systems runs a demo phone line answered by an AI receptionist. It books appointments for "Lakeview Home Services," a fictional business used only for demonstrations. No real service visit takes place.
We have configured our voice platform not to keep call recordings or transcripts. Our phone and voice providers, Twilio and Vapi, keep call records (metadata) such as the caller's phone number, call time, and call length, under their own retention policies.
If you book a demo appointment, the receptionist collects a first name, a callback number, a city, and a short description of the problem. These details are stored as a fictional booking on a demo calendar in Google Calendar. Demo bookings made by callers are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the demonstration.
Text messages
Text confirmations are not active yet. Until carrier registration is complete, no texts are sent and no text consent records are kept. The rest of this section describes how texts will work once active.
After booking a demo appointment by phone, you may be offered an optional text confirmation. If offered, we send texts only if you say yes during the call, and only to the phone number you are calling from. Booking an appointment does not by itself mean you agree to receive texts.
- You will receive up to 2 texts per call: one confirmation and, if you change the time during the same call, one update.

- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email info@clarityopsystems.com.
When you agree to texts, we will keep a record of that consent: the call reference, the time, the version of the script you heard, the last four digits of your number, and a coded (hashed) form of your number that lets us find the record if you contact us. We do not store your full number in that record. Consent records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to document consent and meet legal obligations. Our messaging provider, Twilio, keeps records of the texts it delivers, including the destination number and message content, under its own retention policies.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that help us deliver the service, such as our messaging provider, as described below. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

How it is used
Contact-form information is used to respond to your inquiry, understand what help you are seeking, and communicate about a possible working relationship. Demo phone line and text information is used only to run the demonstration and send the confirmation you asked for. ClarityOps Systems does not sell your personal information.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Netlify. Contact-form submissions are processed by Formspree. Appointment scheduling is offered through an external Calendly link. The demo phone line and texts use Twilio (phone and messaging), Vapi (voice AI platform, including the speech and AI model providers it uses), Cloudflare (booking service), and Google Calendar (demo calendar). These providers may process information under their own privacy policies.
Retention and security
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for communication, business records, and applicable obligations. Demo phone line and text information is kept as described above. Reasonable care is used to protect it, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information ClarityOps Systems holds about you, request a correction, or ask that it be deleted when no legal or business-record obligation requires retention.
